Great, functional product. Does what it promises.

I took quite a while to decide which sandwich maker to order. There are a zillion in the market ranging from INR 1500-3000. In all that confusion, I picked this one since it looked good on paper and I quite like the brand.It turned out to be a good decision. TS2020 is a great product, and although I've used it only twice, I think it's quite solid with a great build quality. It works well, and the grilling is perfect and even.An important point: I made ham and egg sandwiches, and the sandwiches were grilled in three-four minutes, much before the green light would've turned on. Keep a check on that.Overall, I'm very satisfied, and would definitely recommend the product.

After having used this product for almost an year, I must say that the quality of the product is very good. The only drawback is that you have to be very careful while handling the product as the plate which acts as the grill is not entirely covered from the sides and if you are a little negligent you may end up burning your hands. Other than that the quality is very good.

One of the Best Purchase. Almost every Sandwich maker looks good but this one is really worth for the job it does. I did many reviews before going for this product and its a HIT, many sandwich maker spills the stuffing out of the Sandwich but this seals the sandwich very well and cooks it yummy too.
Advice - Clean it everytime after usage for easy maintenance.

Useful for simple sandwiches with less stuffing.
Slot space is not enough for lot of stuffing. Can not use lock in that case.
Green light is little confusing and need personal attention when making sandwiches.
